Leröy Smögen Seafood AB is looking for more food operators for our production facility in Kungshamn.

Leröy is a complete supplier of fish and seafood products for both retail and restaurants and catering. Our operations include the distribution of fresh and frozen fish products as well as the production of high-value chilled fish and seafood delicacies such as smoked salmon, seafood in brine, and salads.

As a food operator, you will work with preparation, slicing, and packaging of fish and seafood products.

Examples of tasks:

· Prepare raw materials, e.g., arranging on smoking trolleys/marinating.

· Replenishing materials such as raw materials, ingredients, packaging, etc.

· Forklift driving, transporting materials, and providing service.

· Participating in our continuous improvement efforts.

· Conducting quality checks.

· Monitoring production, addressing stoppages, and making fine adjustments.

As a person, you are reliable, proactive, and responsible. You are used to working at a fast pace while maintaining good quality in your work. Previous experience in food handling is considered an advantage.
